These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access, browse, register on, or use any service offered by jeta78 at the domain jeta78.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the platform. References to "jeta78", "the platform", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the jeta78 operator and its affiliated service entities. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at jeta78.net/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions. Continuing to use jeta78 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jeta78's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between jeta78 and its registered players.

To register a jeta78 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, valid mobile number, and a unique password. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jeta78 operates a verification process to confirm the identity of registered players, particularly prior to processing first withdrawals and when account activity triggers internal risk review thresholds. Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial statement (bKash, Nagad) confirming your registered address
• A screenshot or statement from the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) used to deposit, confirming account ownership

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jeta78 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Deposits credited to your jeta78 wallet are typically available for betting and gaming within three minutes of transaction confirmation. jeta78 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, individual mobile financial service providers may apply their own transfer charges, which are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you request a change and provide satisfactory verification for the alternative method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

jeta78 may delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the player's account has not completed the required verification process; (b) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement; (c) the account is under an active security or compliance review; or (d) the withdrawal request is flagged by jeta78's anti-fraud systems for manual review. In all such cases, jeta78 will communicate the reason for the delay to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

All bets placed and games played on jeta78 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market as published on the platform at the time of the activity. These general terms supplement those specific rules; in the event of a direct conflict, the specific rules for the relevant product take precedence.

Sports Betting: A bet is considered accepted only when jeta78's systems have confirmed and returned a valid bet ID. Bets that appear to have been placed but have not received a confirmed bet ID (for example, due to a network interruption during a live in-play market) should be reported to the support team at [email protected]. jeta78 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to player-side connectivity issues.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during an active bet selection process, in response to events in the game, scoring updates, or data feed interruptions. Any bet selection made during a suspended market period will not be accepted. jeta78 uses third-party data providers for live score feeds and accepts no liability for minor delays between real-world events and their reflection in live markets.

Live Casino: Games delivered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other third-party live casino providers are subject to the rules of the respective provider. jeta78 acts as the platform host for these games; the game provider's rules and technical systems govern game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, the outcome determined by the provider's server at the time of disconnection stands as the final result.

Slots & RNG Games: All slots and random number generator (RNG) games available on jeta78 use certified RNG technology audited by independent third parties. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game information panel. jeta78 does not alter RTP values from those set by providers.

Void Bets: jeta78 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed on incorrect odds published due to a technical error, on a market that should not have been available, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of placement. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet as the original stake amount.

By using jeta78, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this clause constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities.

jeta78 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. jeta78 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the platform's announcement channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeta78 shall not be liable to any player for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond jeta78's reasonable control
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, even where jeta78 has been advised of the possibility of such loss
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on information, statistics, or market data displayed on the platform, which are provided for reference purposes only and may not reflect real-time accuracy
• Unauthorised access to a player account where the player failed to maintain adequate password security or shared their credentials with a third party
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data suppliers whose services are integrated into the jeta78 platform

Where jeta78 is found liable to a player for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of jeta78 in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall operate to limit or exclude jeta78's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jeta78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, updates to the platform's product offering, adjustments to payment processing procedures, or refinements to responsible gaming policy. Amended Terms are effective from the date they are published at jeta78.net/terms-conditions.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — jeta78 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may be made without advance notice.

If you object to any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continuing to use jeta78 after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of these Terms that applies to any dispute between you and jeta78 is the version that was in force at the time the event giving rise to the dispute occurred. jeta78 maintains an internal archive of previous Terms versions for reference purposes.
